Managed multiple projects for client Nationwide Ins.Enterprise Data Office (EDO) – Informatica Cloud Journey, 11/2018 – 7/2019Project, under contract with Informatica, installed Power Center (PC) running in EC2 to AWS, defined a Decision Framework for selecting and migrating existing Power Center applications to AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Project analyzed existing PC application code and created a strategy/roadmap for migration to AWS and IICS. Budget $250K.• Managed cross-functional team of resources which include Vendor, Architects, an Agile team of Application SME’s, Tech Leads and Developers in addition to Cloud Development team.• Responsible for management and approval of vendor invoices.• Reported status to 20+ matrixed stakeholders to AVP level.• Created and executed project and cost plans in Clarity & Open Workbench. Managed project status, issues, risk and change control.Architecture Leadership Team (ALT) – iPaaS POC, 3/2018 – 12/2018Managed a Proof of Concept with Informatica ICS to implement a cloud iPaaS solution as a common platform for application and data integration. Collected enterprise-wide use cases to determine present/future demand. Executed five use cases across three Business Solution Areas resulting in successful Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to On Prem and On Prem to Cloud implementation. POC result was designation of IICS as an iPaaS standard for use in cloud development. Highlights of projects:NW Financial SQR Technology Risk Mitigation, 11/2016 – 6/2017Project removed SQR (Oracle Hyperion) from 600+ reporting and ETL jobs across three Business Solution Areas (BSA) and converted to Informatica, WebFocus or Java. 2017 budget is $2M.• Managed cross-functional team of 32+ resources which include Architects, Application SME’s, Tech and Test Leads in and Agile environment.• Led RFP effort to select outside vendor to handle conversion development.NW Financial Server Currency Program, Refresh Projects, 5/2014 – 10/2016Managed eight server refresh projects migrating from Solaris to Linux operating system, upgrading Oracle databases and web-based infrastructure.
