My career has taken me into a wide range of environments over the past 30 years. I've worked in manufacturing, retail management, education, community business projects and consulting. At the age of 44, I decided it was time to start again, time to re-invent myself. Eleven years later, from being a small sole-trader and provider of management training, I now lead a team of 5 core staff and 5 associates operating in various locations around the world as well as in the UK. Everyone knows that with risk comes opportunity and I've certainly found that over recent years. To be involved in providing training and coaching solutions to some of the biggest companies in the world is something I'm immensely proud of. The opportunity also to work with such talented and dedicated people in BRC, is both humbling and inspiring. We have no plans to sit back and rest, we are passionate about taking what we have learned and experienced as far as possible. We have ambitious plans for the next three years and as our platform and presence grows in South Asia and particularly Sri Lanka, we're exited about the many possibilities ahead.
