Since working with International Roll-Call Corporation Mr. Schaeffer has overseen the development, customization, implementation, training, and follow up with twelve state Legislatures using the Legislative Management System software. He has worked closely with over three quarters of the State Senates, State House of Representatives, and Legislative support agency to clearly define the individual applications required to conduct effective Legislative activities. Utilizing his Legislative background he has successfully cleared the way for developers to customize the Legislative Management System software to fit the needs with the Legislative requirements of the individual users of the system. Mr. Schaeffer has also been involved with numerous voting system installations and upgrades throughout the United States and working with U.S. Aid abroad installing voting systems in developing countries.Mr. Schaeffer has been President of International Roll-Call since 2009. Under his leadership International Roll-Call has set new directions in providing cutting edge hardware and software for 77 of the 99 state legislatures in the United States, the U.S. House of Representatives and numerous Parliaments throughout the world.While leading International Roll-Call Mr. Schaeffer has also been the driving force behind the new IRC .net Voting System and Vote Reporter applications which support many local, state and national governments. International Roll-Call has re-designed the IRC website at www.roll-call.com and the .net development of the Script Assistant program which provides parliamentary scripts to support and guide presiding officers during legislative session. International Roll-Call has also moved forward with a comprehensive Debate Timer to support members and leadership during floor debate.
