I worked for Tracor, Motorola Semiconductor, AMD, and Freescale Semiconductor. I also was investing in real estate at the same time. In 2012 I retired from the engineering field and became a full time real estate investor. My company NBP Management LLC deals with both the engineering and real estate businesses. My previous focus was buy and hold properties and I still invest if they are an excellent buy. Currently, I am focusing on real estate notes, particularly non-performing, and owner financed properties.
