This was done without interruption of supply while supporting >50% upside demand within immediate successive quarterly periods. Achieved >25% in product cost reductions. This was an extremely challenging transfer, as these products were not developed by RadiSys but by a company RadiSys acquired thru a non standard product realization process. In support of this transfer, I drove establishing company process/tools for contract manufacture to contract manufacture transfer of product.• Drove cross functional team analysis, process development, and implementation of product End of Service (“EOS”).
