While at Delta, Bill has led work related to environmental markets, climate, agriculture, water and ecosystems. He earned an MS in Environmental Analysis and Decision Making from Rice University, and received a BS in Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology and Environmental Studies from Tulane University. Bill is a trustee of the Tree Research and Education Endowment Fund, and he is a member of the Vital Lands Working Group dedicated to coordinating conservation efforts across Illinois. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Loyola University Chicago Institute of Environmental Sustainability.
