I am in charge of the relocation and delivery of freight to customers on a daily basis.

In charge of booking bands, bartenders, retail, parties, p&l, ordering, staffing, scheduling, and all aspects of the business that a General Manager would be.

Transferred to North Beach after the Owner of Wing Stop purchased the existing business that was North Beach. I was responsible for all aspects of the business including but not limited to hiring, scheduling & training new staff, food, beer, and liquor orders, weekly and monthly inventory, P&L, restaurant operations, bar operations, band bookings, & private and corporate parties. North Beach is a full service restaurant/bar/nightclub with indoor sand volleyball, bowling, and 3 bars in 18,000 sq ft and annual revenues in excess of 6 million dollars. Assisted in creating a Liquor Handbook, Employee Handbook, and other tools used on a daily basis. Went before the DuPage County Liquor Commission in order to acquire village liquor license, and was approved to be the Liquor Manager on site.
