I am a transactional attorney in the Technology + Privacy and Security and FinTech practice groups at Davis Wright Tremaine. My practice centers on the development, licensing, and commercialization of technology, data, and intellectual property rights. I advise clients on a range of complex technology transactions, including licensing, development, collaboration, SaaS, resale and distribution, and services agreements, with a particular focus on financial services, fintech and outsourcing matters.I represent clients in a diverse range of technologies and businesses, including artificial intelligence, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, data management, financial services, fintech, government services, hardware, IoT, and software. Many of these transactions involve a party that is subject to extensive government regulation or oversight. I also routinely advise clients in large-scale sourcing and procurement initiatives, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.
