Over 30 years of experience leading priority technology and commercialization programs for Kraft Heinz/Kraft Foods R&D. Most recently, with Kraft Heinz from 2015 to 2018, R&D on-site lead for commercialization of new process and package technologies to deliver in excess of $200MM annual cost savings via a reset of the North American manufacturing network for production of processed meats, sauces, and coffee.As Research Principal for Kraft Foods R&D from 2008-2015, leveraged expertise in formulation and processing of emulsions to lead the strategic growth and productivity programs for the $1B+ revenue dressings & sauces business division (salad dressings, mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, BBQ and A1). During tenure with Kraft, inventor of seven granted patents for commercialized technologies and recognized both with The Kraft Foods Technical Leadership Award, the highest-level individual R&D award, and The Kraft Foods Superior Achievement Award, the highest-level corporate award for project excellence.
