I am an Oundle (Peterborough) based Senior HR & Recruitment professional, CIPD qualified and with an MSc in Human Resources Management. Having spent my early career in internal consulting, change management and strategic planning roles, I moved into the HR arena. I spent the next 18 years operating in a commercially orientated HR capacity, the majority of which were in leadership roles. I have Board level experience having held HR Director roles with both a UK and an international remit. I have experience across a broad range of industries, including recruitment, financial services, professional services, utilities, IT services and the public sector. I remain passionate about HR and genuinely believes it plays an essential role in delivering commercial success to any business.
