He has started, purchased, sold, failed, and succeeded in numerous companies. His constant drive and thirst for knowledge, along with his strong desire to give back make him an independent leader. He is currently the owner of three companies and recently co-founded a not-for-profit teaching medicine in Africa. He is a sought after business coach and is actively coaching many different companies.Bill believes that a leader’s single biggest objective is to find and develop other leaders. As such, he avoids “managing” and instead empowers his people to drive results.
