• Management, coordination and implementation of programs, budgets, time planning and human resources relating to content, exhibitions and related programs;• Conceptual development of new interpretive, exhibition and visitor experience masterplan for the new museum for Western Australia (a $430M project);• Concept development, master planning, briefing and tender documentation for new core exhibitions and related public programming, including management of the development of all themes and content;• Management of multiple content teams for the development of exhibitions and related programming from concept to installation and commissioning;• Management of external design companies through concept design, design development, design documentation, production and installation of exhibitions and related multimedia and interactive components;• Coordination of team community engagement with external and internal stakeholders and Aboriginal communities and stakeholders throughout Western Australia;• Line management of Exhibition Team Leaders and Audience Advocates responsible for exhibition and program outputs and delivery;• Coordination with external project managers on architectural design of exhibition galleries and visitor spaces, production, build and installation of exhibitions;• Management (both directly and with external project managers) of multiple external multimedia and interactive companies on the development, production, delivery and commissioning of multimedia and interactive outputs;• Management of content workshops with the Western Australian Museum Aboriginal Advisory Committee; and• Member of project committee for the selection and delivery of the New Museum’s Percent for Art (public art) project.

• Coordination of exhibition and display renewals;• Collection management tasks including new acquisitions and collection store coordination;• Co-curatorship of South Australia’s travelling exhibition to mark the Centenary of Federation celebrations; and• Working with internal and external community stakeholders, including multiple migrant community groups and their representatives, to update the Museum’s migrant community history databases and publications.
