My expertise is in the development of filter media, filter devices, and the optimization of manufacturing processes used to produce products for the Filtration & Separation Industries.I have successfully started up pleated cartridge manufacturing operations for two different companies, and successfully moved pleated operations from New York to Delaware, and another from Maine to Delaware.I have helped design and/or modify machines used in the manufacturing of pleated filter cartridges.I have trained over thirty manufacturing operators at various companies, how to use pleaters, pack cutters, side seamers, end capping, and joining machines. I also trained numerous Manufacturing Engineers & Technicians, Quality Control Engineers & Technicians, R & D Engineers & Technicians, and Marketing & Sales Personnel on testing the integrity of pleated cartridges, sterilization/sanitization processes, water flow decay, sizing systems, and numerous tests used to identity filter media.Currently I hold four U. S. patents.I have helped develop polymeric membranes, non woven media, including melt-blown, spun bond, wet laid, and porous metal. The utilization of these media to produce complete lines of pleated filter cartridges and other filter devices which are presently used in the Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Electronic, and Power Generation, industries. I have supervised R & D Engineers & Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers & Operators, and Field Service Engineers & Technicians.
