Responsibilities included employee screening and recruitment. Instituted the first "School Bus Driver Academy " in Ohio. A stand alone location dedicated to recruitment and state of the art CDL training for Petermann LTD drivers and bus monitors. As a result of this unique training environment Petermann LTD maintains the highest level safety for its' customers.

Developed successful driver training and retention programs for the Midwest Region. These programs resulted in very low turnover in our frontline employees. Implementation of new interactive training programs decreased accidents and increased passenger safety.

Settle Service provided school transportation service to many school districts throughout the Midwest. Responsibilities included management of numerous bus terminals while maintaining the highest level of student safety and exceeding customer expectations.
