Assessed all conventional exploration opportunities for Noble worldwide to determine geologic risk, resource potential, technical excellence and provide recommendations for additional work. Tracked all geologic predrill predictions versus actual results to identify Noble's predictive strengths and weaknesses. Based on tracking results, developed any necessary corporate wide training needs.
