About Bill Silva

SIRP Environmental & Energy Solutions started in 1999 after I was being in electrical and communications engineering since 1970. After being ill for 20 years from contaminated water or from oysters that were poached from contaminated water, from then severe mold exposure that caused me permanent physical damage, and then six of my friends and relatives dying from Staph and MRSA while in hospitals, I saw a need for alternatives for environmental, health, and energy efficiency. One area can affect another.
