Developed strategy, customer experience model, performance based compensation plan and staff profiles. Opened three centers in the Las Vegas area from November ‘98 – January ‘99. Built deposit base to $39 million by acquiring 175 – 200 new retail customer households per month.Area Sales Manager, Vice President (Jan. 1997 – March 1998)Responsible for implementation and management of the Citibank sales process for the Nevada Area which consisted of five branch locations. Developed and implemented a proactive Customer Care program to reduce attrition and increase customer referrals. Responsible for communication and implementation of all marketing programs as the Area Marketing representative to CA headquarters. These positions included branch management, loan processing, consumer loan Account Executive and a one year rotation in the bank’s Management Associate training program which included systems, accounting and marketing rotations.
