This is the data repository for the reporting webpage, which allows for division of the data by platform and date.o Developed a method to successfully “scrape” data from the proprietary claims processing screen using MS Access-based VBA, a first for the company. Utilized this technique to create a “dependent missing” tool, a rework data scraping Excel spreadsheet, a “claim compare” tool, and am currently working on other opportunities.o Updated a single-table solution in QuickBase for CG&A Audit team to a relational table structure that allowed for more detailed audit feedback and error-trending capabilities. This included updating a complex Access workflow (modified version of the QuickBase Desktop). -

This is used in both Arlington and Bismarck. (2003-current)o Built/Maintain the “SB418” database: Takes input from frontline CSPs via a customizedform inaccordance with Senate Bill 418 legislation. Auditors follow up in the database withapproval or denial and the database generates letters to that end. Reporting featuresinclude how many verification/declination in a time span, what the denial codes were, etc.o Created a module in the Network Escalation database that scrapes web-generated emailsinto the database from a dedicated mailbox at the push of a button. (2005-current)o Built/Maintain the “Weekly Schedules” database: Makes a CSP's schedule available tothem directly, also (via daily update) enables a CSP to see how their call stats arelooking for the week (Weekly Schedules.mde). Currently in use in Arlington; Automated a daily reporting task using VBA that at one time took 90 minutes to complete(Arlington Backlog and Inventory.xls), mostly PivotTables. (2006)o Automated a monthly reporting task using VBA that took hours to complete (NetworkEscalation module on Personal.xls), again mostly PivotTables. (2006)(More projects and details are available upon request)I have created various "tick mark" databases, SalesWeb survey database (as well as Accesssurvey databases), and timer databases to facilitate initiatives for various sites withinthe company. I thoroughly enjoy using VBA. I have also helped Call Management with some formulas regarding scheduled hoursvs. calls taken vs. average handle time, etc.
