Drove active seniors to medical appointments, lunch dates, errands and outings. Insured that a 14-person bus and a 6-passenger car met the company's standards for safety and cleanliness. Proposed vehicle graphics program which was implemented company-wide (see photo). Tended bar in the pub during the daily Happy Hour, interacting constantly with residents. Baltimore, Maryland Area

Managed the re-wrapping of 775 inner-city transit buses along with more than a dozen Light Rail cars at a cost of more than $1,000,000 as part of a complete re-branding of Baltimore’s public transit system. Day-to-day management of three vendor partners (ad agencies) and four direct reports. Developed collateral ranging from web banners to floor graphics to safety brochures. Interaction at all levels of the organization ranging from the Administrator to rank and file bus operators.

Linthicum, Maryland

Created a transit advertising business to serve the southern Maryland business community. Winning bidder of an RFP offered by the Government of Charles County, MD. Grew the business by winning a similar bid in neighboring St. Mary’s County, MD. Added two private motor coach companies to the list of participating partners. Using laser printed vinyl, Sayin’ It Loud transformed buses into mobile billboards. Clients included MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, WaWa Food Stores, State Farm Insurance, Harley Davidson, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Maryland Lottery.

White Plains, Maryland

Created a multi-tiered marketing program on behalf of an HVAC company that previously relied solely on word-of-mouth referrals. Developed corporate logo, procured web domain, built social media presence, produced cable TV spots, revamped employee uniforms, and managed co-op programs. Lancaster, Pennsylvania Area

Three periods of employment with ODP as an employee (twice) and once as a consultant. Number one salesperson year after year. Responsible for revenue generation from tickets, luxury suites, corporate hospitality and sponsorship. As a consultant, responsible for B2B outreach throughout the region in advance of the groundbreaking for a $26 million stadium in Waldorf, MD. While in Bowie, MD, handled corporate transition when ODP was sold to Comcast – Spectacor.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Prospected for new “non-traditional” business and produced $100,000 in less than a year after starting from a zero base. Wrote agency-quality ad copy and voiced commercials as needed.

Towson, Maryland

Developed and managed the installation of point-of-sale collateral for grocery and convenience stores throughout the region. Handled media requests and served as a spokesperson for the region’s dairy industry at countless events. Conducted marketing events at stadiums, amusement parks, ski areas and trade shows.

Green Bay, Wisconsin Area

Responsible for the sale of 12 – 15 million lbs. of private label and branded cheese annually. Headquarter calls at Giant Food, Safeway, Richfood, Mars Markets, Food King, Weis Markets and others. Store level merchandising responsibilities at over 300 stores. Managed two food brokers and two direct reports.
