Mr. Sparks has over 35 years of Human Resources and Business Management experience in technology and service related industries. He has extensive experience in start-up and emerging growth environments, as well as expertise in joint venture, merger and acquisition and IPO activities. Mr. Sparks served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for TerreStar, a $1.4 billion satellite communications venture. Prior to that he served as a Senior Director of Human Resources for the Corporate Executive Board and was the top Human Resources Executive for Greenberg Traurig LLP, one of the nation’s leading law firms. For over a decade he held the position Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Alcatel Data Networks worldwide operations and held senior management positions with Telenet, Sprint, and Sprint International. As a private consultant, Mr. Sparks founded a successful human resources practice serving over 40 funded technology start-up enterprises. Mr. Sparks received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from James Madison University.
