Bill St. John has over 25 years of senior management and investment experience. Prior to Entrust, Bill served as Managing Director of the University Investment Funds LLC (UFunds) and Investment Consultant for Advanced Equities, a FINRA Broker/Dealer. Bill was an owner of a successful real estate brokerage and mortgage firm in Hawaii that was purchased by Century 21 All Islands. Bill has extensive alternative investment experience including commercial and multi-family investments with advanced training in commercial investment property management from the CCIM Institute.Bill has Series 66 and Series 7 Securities licenses and has managed over 22 private placement offerings, venture capital financings and a public offering. He has been an instructor with the Technology Transfer Institute relative to Due Diligence Methods.Bill started his business career in the biotechnology industry. He has served as CEO of InCode BioPharmaceutics, Scolr Pharma, Ecova, and BioTechniques Laboratories. He holds a BS from Seattle University and MS from Ohio State University.
