• Responsible for the day to day operations of System of Care Program, which is a community based, family centered program that utilizes a Wraparound philosophy• Directly supervised up 15 direct staff reports which included the hiring, direct supervision, and annual reviews• Doubled the sized of the program during first 6 months which allowed program to meet revenue expectations for the first time in its history• Worked closely with referring partners, which included County Mental Health, Social Services, the Children’s Shelter, and Juvenile Probation to ensure that the program met their needs and expectations• Developed and implemented staff trainings• Improved program’s problematic audit results by developing a new audit tool, an internal audit schedule, and an audit tracking tool, all of which significantly reduced program’s disallowance rates• Provided clinical supervision for interns who were working toward licensure in both individual and group settings
