New product development from beginning to manufacturing implementation. I ran the day to day operations and manufacturing in Bellingham. I managed the service department. Worked directly with sales on the costing and bidding of new projects. I did research and development on new decontamination systems and requirements.

Managed Lean Manufacturing implementation including creating value streams, Five S, Kanban, poka-yoke, Mixed model processing etc..Discussed proposed improvements with appropriate engineering and operations staff, and implement approved changes. Provided production floor and assembly support in technical matters related to interpretation of engineering documentation, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), rework, manufacturing difficulties and specification, and implementation and training on new processes.
