I am responsible for marketing at Canada's largest independent family, health & wellness club.In this role, I maintain company website & social media, growing our traffic by as much as 300% during my tenure. The position has me working closely with other departments to develop campaigns aimed at promoting both internal and external events.I use the Adobe Suite to design posters, banners & ads, helping me publish a weekly newsletter emailed to all ORC members. I likewise publish the ORC Program Guide three times a year, the guide being series of brochures describing the clinics and classes we offer.I also work with an editorial team to publish Club Life Magazine, mailed to 45,000 homes in the community. It's not uncommon that I oversee large projects, such the upgrading of our phone PBX or installation of our digital advertising displays. During my time here, I'm most proud of my work with the Heart & Stroke Foundation to raise almost $30,000 during our wORC Your Heart Clubathon.

In this position, I was responsible for staffing and administration of front reception.I was routinely challenged to find pragmatic solution for issues regarding all aspects of operating a 150,000 square foot facility. I managed a staff of 12 to 15 people, ranging in age from 16 to 70-years-old.I would personally field member requests; empowered to make decisions regarding policy and procedure. It was my responsibility to lead bi-monthly staff meetings to address departmental concerns and re-train as necessary. I was expected to meet budget constraints and revenue goals.Overall, I made huge strides in the quality of service provided by reception
