Although I graduated from the University of Tasmania ICT major (Information of Technology), but my passion for cooking led me to pursue a career as a cook. I have two years of experience working in the culinary industry. Over time, I have developed proficiency in handling basic kitchen tools and honed my skills in preparing delicious Japanese dishes.Currently, I hold two chef positions. I work at Gasu Gasu and Sushiplus, where I have the opportunity to showcase my culinary expertise and creativity. Balancing these roles can be challenging, but it allows me to gain valuable experience and contribute to the culinary scene in different ways.
