The Social Audit Network promotes a broad approach to social 'value added' accounting and independent evaluation of reporting. Its method enables the use of a range of evaluation tools appropriate to circumstances and provides a route to enable social enterprises to have social accounts independently verified so that stakeholders know what is being claimed really IS being delivered, and is not just PR blurb.
