● Schedule and witness all provings for complete crude oil gathering system.● Perform loss/gain analyses and system balance resolution ● Ensure all testing and calibrating of measurement and test equipment meet API and company standards.● Troubleshoot and repair measurement/LACT components such as temperature, pressure, gravity, and BS&W monitoring. ● Aided in development of complete TexStar crude oil measurement program since initial startup.● Perform start ups on all LACT and ACT units, ● Perform tank gauging, obtaining of temperature by certified probe, determining water cut, and sampling by thief, as well as performing BS&W shakeouts on composite sample pots and tank samples.● Experienced with Omni Flow Computers operation and configuration, Fisher ROCs, Rosemount transmitters, ballistic provers, ball provers, (stationary and portable large and small volume) MOV operation, valve lineups, proper liquid draining, and gas blow-down.● Installed, configured, started up, and tested all components of natural gas meter runs.● Familiar with Prove-It 8.0 for the purpose of our archiving and meter factor control charting.● Provide all metered measurement information to operations for ticketing purposes.

Role: Ensure corporate measurement practices and requirements were followed and met. ● Performed duties in all aspects of Inventory validation on monthly basis from metered measurements on pipelines and 400+ storage tanks.● Served on Oil Loss Control team on one of the most complex pipeline and tankage systems in the ExxonMobil circuit. ● Performed Variance Analysis (Loss/Gain) based on measurement volumes between custody and check measurement. ● Witnessed testing practices of custody transfer and affiliate transfer measurement systems. Coriolis, Orifice, Vortex, Ultrasonic, Turbine, Positive Displacement, Tank Gauging, Small Volume Ballistic provers, Piston and Ball provers, all types of temperature, pressure, and differential transmitters, gauges, devices, etc. ● Configured and operated flow computers…primarily Omni Flow computers. Digital, Analog, Input/Output, Boolean statements…operated through laptop, communicators, and PLC interface.

Title: Operator Role: Perform all valve line-ups, sampling, and pump start/stops on several receive and deliver points. ● Started and stopped numerous pumps in LPG, brine water, firewater, flare recovery, sampling, and coolant systems.● Performed valve line-ups in all combinations between several deliver/receive points in forward and reverse flow.● Performed preventive maintenance duties on valves, pumps, samplers, control valves, etc. ● Utilized DCS system to control and monitor facility.

Title: Mechanic Tech Role: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electronic equipment. ● Proved turbine and coriolis meters in liquid service.● Tested, troubleshot, and repaired temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, control valve controls, flow computers, air compressors, gasoline and diesel engines, temperature and pressure switches, pressure relief valves, pilot valves, motor-operated valves, most all instrument devices typical in petrochemical atmosphere.

Role: Perform required preventive maintenance and repair on instrumentation throughout refinery. ● Tested, troubleshot, and repaired temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, control valve controls, flow computers, temperature and pressure switches, most all instrument devices typical in petrochemical atmosphere.● Assisted in performance of Variance Analysis (Loss/Gain) based on measurement volumes between custody and check measurement. ● Operated Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Power Point almost daily and in depth. ● Maintained all records in Priority Meter Maintenance program which included all testing and witnessing of custody transfer and affiliate transfer hydrocarbon liquid and gas measurement. ● Continued many of same responsibilities that were begun as a Coastal Flow employee working HMP.

Role: Perform on-site testing/proving of meters in liquid service and test meters in gas service. ● Performed provings at numerous refineries, chemical plants, pipeline stations, gasoline truck stations, airport fuel stations, storage facilities, etc.● Tested gas metering systems including all devices on meter runs, i.e. Chart recorders, Applied Automation, Omni with temperature, pressure, and chromatographs.● Spent the last four years here working solely for ExxonMobil in Baytown and Beaumont as the primary measurement specialist witnessing all custody transfer measurement activities. Played a key role in developing the complete witnessing program at ExxonMobil's Baytown Refinery and eventually built the program for the Beaumont Refinery from the ground up for what was then named the Hydrocarbon Measurement Practices (HMP), recently modified and renamed the HCP.
