Continue optimize design rule and process capability improvement.6. Team recruit, buildup and management.

1.Conduct project planning, tracking, controlling and reporting to ensure the project delivery on schedule with quality and within budget.2.Responsible for new project progress from qualification to stable mass production, failure analysis and continue improvement for yield, MTBA, UPH3.Material/process qualification for cost reduction project4.New material/process development5.Lead project team to achieve target6.Interface with customers on project matters

1.BA process yield sustaining and improving2.Teamwork with headquarters of American and sister plant on quality improvement and cost saving 3.Supporting BA new product development4.Sourcing, auditing and qualifying local suppliers for IDM (indirect material), Tooling and spare parts5.Localize IDM and tool6.Coordinating with internal customer (TMP- Test Mark Pack) and lab for failure analysis 7.BA new Spec establishing and old Spec revising.
