About Bill Toler
Have extensive experience in mechanical design, drafting, CAD and software development. But am at my best when I put all those things together into something I call Mechanical Design Automation. This is the development of software that performs design and drafting operations - typically in a small fraction of the time it used to take by an experienced designer on a CAD system. Am currently working on database software development to take things a step further.
