While business was significantly down from the previous year, Microfibres still had over $40 million in shipments in the trailing 12 months prior to closing. A trading partner, Flokser of Turkey, created a new division called Tukek Holdings that recently purchased the assets of Microfibres. The Microfibres production facilities in China as well as in North Carolina are back up running now. The Rhode Island facility has been closed. We will reintroduce bestselling patterns throughout the next months including converted plain and printed linens from China along with printed linens from North Carolina. US warehouse prices range from $3.00 for opening price flocks to $12.95 for printed linens. Additionally, we ship China to China and have a customer service office there to help facilitate this business. The durability, incredibly soft hand, stain resistance and overall perceived value of Microfibres fabrics are difficult to surpass.
