Microfibres filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy protection in February 2016. While business was significantly down from the previous year, Microfibres still had over $40 million in shipments in the trailing 12 months prior to closing. A trading partner, Flokser of Turkey, created a new division called Tukek Holdings that recently purchased the assets of Microfibres. The Microfibres production facilities in China as well as in North Carolina are back up running now. The Rhode Island facility has been closed. We will reintroduce bestselling patterns throughout the next months including converted plain and printed linens from China along with printed linens from North Carolina. US warehouse prices range from $3.00 for opening price flocks to $12.95 for printed linens. Additionally, we ship China to China and have a customer service office there to help facilitate this business. The durability, incredibly soft hand, stain resistance and overall perceived value of Microfibres fabrics are difficult to surpass.

Recently purchased the Benartex line of heavy weight washed caual goods sourced from around the world with a focus on better quality natural looks, all available a roll at a time.

Sales of better Jacquard woven goods from China priced from $5 to $12 per yard, yarn dyed 100% cotton denim and prints. Opened La-Z-Boy account. Norwalk Custom Upholstery, Smith Brothers of Berne, Flexsteel and Best Home Furnishings were among other major customers. Sold goods from US warehouse as well as on China to China basis.

Represented GTA since shortly after its inception for over 11 years and built territory to $6 million in sales. Major customers included La-Z-Boy, Best Home Furnishings and Flexsteel. Opened Batesville Casket and Bowsers Pet Products and grew both accounts to over $500K annually. Product line consisted of promotionally priced "Performance Goods" imported from Taiwan and China as well as Jacquard woven solids and patterns priced from $2 to $8 per yard.
