Development and implementation of CMMS system including data entry and ‘PM’ implementation, Work order Packaging(drgs photo’s,procedures,risk assessments etc) (Includes the supervision and work preparation associated with the maintenance of the above equipment)Lead Burner Management System auditor for annual Burner Management System Audits on Recovery Boilers , Power Boilers, Lime Kiln , and Foul Gas Incinerator . • Responsible for ensuring non “break-in” work is sufficiently planned to ensure the work can be executed safely and cost effectively (within operational constraints). • Maintain the Planning log (On-Run and Shut)• Inspect the work identified in the Work Request and determine planning requirements plan the work using ‘Planning Sheets’ (work instructions, labour requirements, parts, materials, services, tools, equipment, Job Safety Analysis, cost estimate, duration and permits)• Procure parts, materials and services• Prepare work scopes for Sub-contractor work and job packs• Progress Work Orders to ‘Ready For Issue’ status for scheduling• Raise purchase orders for Sub-contractors• Enter new priorities/status codes/due dates to Work Orders not completed• Create and maintain standard jobs and BOMs in CMMS.• Review and recommend changes to spare parts requirements for PMs / PdMs.
