Led product at Opolis and leveraging Web3 technology to empower freelancers and self-employed workers to manage their payroll, benefits, and back-office services.- Led the creation of a new system for funding payrolls with cryptocurrencies from ideation to implementation delivering a 90% reduction in cost as compared to the previous system and then launched on three EVM compatible chains to support over $25mm in payroll payments.- Managed the creation of a new governance token dashboard that supports over 1,000 stakers through over 3,000 unique staking transactions. - Formed partnership and created no-code system for legal entity creation resulting in a 3x improvement in new members completing that onboarding requirement.- Coordinate with our technical team to align feature creation and application refactoring around business and growth objectives from scoping new projects to developing QA plans to working with marketing to highlight new releases.- Analyze product data to understand member patterns and usage in order to prioritize high impact changes. - Collaborate with outside designers to develop high-fidelity wireframes to showcase new features and test UI and UX before those features are built.

Focused on product and smart contract development, especially extending the functionality of the Molochv2 contract suite and the creation of the Molochv3 smart contract suite. - Worked closely with designers, developers, and other product managers to contribute to the design and implementation DAOhaus v2 platform, which has supported over $400mm in DAO treasuries since inception. - Co-led the smart contract development of new Moloch v2 DAO launching smart contracts that reduced the cost of launching a new DAO on the platform by 80%-Coordinated with developers, designers, and product strategist from across the Ethereum DAO community to scope and build the Moloch v3 DAO smart contracts.

Product and smart contract engineering lead of Peeps Democracy (d/b/a Pool-Party)where we built some of the earliest truly decentralized DAO platforms and products on the Ethereum network. - Raised close to $500K in a bear market to build DAO platforms that would empower communities to achieve their goals, first in the political and social spaces and later in the DeFi space. - Rapidly iterated through building three different DAO products in an 18 month period in order to find product-market-fit. - Final DAO platform MVP (Pool-Party) was the first DAO to directly integrate with a DeFi lending platform on Ethereum and had a through-put of over $100K across six plus DAOs.

Advised startups and technology companies on venture financings, complex licensing and partnership deals, corporate governance, M&A and a range of other matters.

Led the year-long startup competition for student entrepreneurs, which included working with alumni judges, startups and Duke's I&E team.
