Transformed a 60+ member organization into an Agile [SDLC] using Scrum framework. Established guidelines for all roles, ceremonies and artifacts. Result of 6-month transition was six self-organized, high-performing scrum teams with predictable velocity, improved quality and senior management trust. Scrum Master: Certified Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience. Launched Scrum Master role at Quest Diagnostics and performed Scrum Master role at PPD and The Business Backer. Product Development & Management: Implemented the Product Owner responsible for grooming the product backlog and participating in the scrum events. Coached the business analysts on crafting user stories and collaborating with software engineers as part of a scrum team. Established the product management organization (PMO) for The Business Backer to define the product development process. The PMO includes product management, project management and business analysis. Managed multiple product development projects and mentored new project managers. Business Analysis: Created the business analysis role and team at Quest Diagnostics. Managed the business and functional requirements for all software solutions. Implemented analysis processes and best practices for all product development, including the use of reusable requirements elicitation methods, user stories, peer reviews, stakeholder workshops and techniques to understand the problem and deliver a valued solution.
