I put a lot of effort into thinking beyond what individuals can and do, working hard on actively encouraging people to be part of the bigger picture. Teams I believe that are high functioning can accomplish a lot more working together than that of many individuals who work autonomously.I am also a committed family man and try hard to lead a balanced lifestyle that includes supporting our two children in their various sporting and academic activities. My wife is a small business owner and we work hard to balance our commitments to ensure the family comes first.
