Assists with hiring of maintenance/engineering personnel. Monitors and reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensures city, county, state and federal regulations are met at all times. Communicates directly with the production management departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. Part of TIMCO Aerosystems which performs complex assignments often requiring development of new or improved products/ processes/ techniques. Responsible for performing standard engineering assignments representing a large portion of TIMCO’s large projects and selecting techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations along with setting up production throughout TIMCO which include creating and monitoring the first production assembly line for TIMCO Aerosystems lavatories. Responsible for the design and redesign of manufacturing machine parts and machines while focusing on designing new processes and concepts for new products and reverse engineering previous parts and completing complex shop and assembly drawings.

Project leader of a fifteen member team hired to design a gallery exhibition about Industrial Design at the Center for Craft, Creativity and Design. The project leader position required me to organize meetings, assign positions and meet with the client to promote ideas. The project solicitation position required me to promote the exhibit to local businesses for potential sponsorship for the exhibit.
