Incorporated some of my Western Co. of N. Amer training materials for SERFCO employees. Developed specialty products and acid and frac systems for multi-state terrritory. Developed/established lab considered to be best in area by several operators. Improved Mesa Petroleum KS Hugoton In-fill frac program, resulting in SERFCO getting all the Hugoton work. Built the best water analysis file in the area. Developed a liquid gel system that would hydrate in 2-min, rest of industry 5-min. Stim-Lab owners said was the best they'd tested. Attempted to get projects in Pakistan and Soviet Union. After presentation in Russia was presented with "Oilman's Medal", the first non-Russian to receive such medal.

Woodward, Ok, Liberal, Ks, Enid, Ok, Ft. Worth, Tx.

Started as Tech Trainee, promoted to Serv. Supr, Dist Engr, all in Woodward, OK. Sent to Liberal, KS as only Tech Rep II in company not in region office. Established repoir with oil operator engineers, with intent of establishing basis for improved relations when engr were promoted to work-callers. Brought more modern frac technology to "old" established fields. Then transferred to Enid, OK to build upon utilizing new frac technology. Transferred to Ft. Worth as mngr of Serv. Quality. Made training films, part of team investigating serious accidents in the field. Certified by ILCI to teach accident investigations/prevention. Part of team that made industry-wide advancement in CO2 fracs, significantly reducing potential for serious/fatal accidents. Wrote SOP's (Stand Job Proced) on problem areas I identified, in conjuction with knowledgable field personnel, resulting in over $500,000 annual savings first year after 1 SOP sent to field. Studied +/- 1000 screenouts while Mngr SQ, due to sales concessions. Tremendous help when transferred to Western Tech. In conjunction with co-worker, wrote all the new courses for stimulation courses: serv supv, dist engr, tech reps. Also taught frac design classes to customer engrs, some in-house at operators facilities. Became sole instructor for R&D's 6-day, 72-hr, dist. engr lab course. There until Western Tech SD during downtown.
