Perform all day to day email marketing activities to include:Manage email campaign and landing page setupManage email campaign execution through target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and lead managementManage all database activities relating to marketing automationEnsure use of market best practices for targeting, segmentation, and personalizationTrack performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate learnings in future campaignsWork with management to help define digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate demand through online channelsPartner with Content Manager to maintain and improve internal and external websites using CMS. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics to make appropriate changes as necessary. Work with Social Media Specialist to provide technical support and analyze all social sites for SICK, Inc. Responsible for defining social key performance indicators and reporting on those KPIs. Partner with SICK, Inc. headquarters to ensure division websites are in line with corporate guidelines and standardsEnsure Internet Standards are met and that SICK, Inc. does not intentionally violate any standards that would place the domain in jeopardyCollaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Sales Management, and Industry Specialists to ensure all related sites meet the business needs of the organizationCollaborate with Information Technology Department to ensure that division technology is appropriate for the needs of the organizationWork with outside vendors and contract employees to achieve goals within the Marketing departmentDevelop and maintain cross-platform sales tool for iOS, Windows, and AndroidManage all aspects of internal web properties, including interactive data across multiple Content Management SystemsManage all outbound email marketing campaignsKeep abreast of industry and competitive trends
