Responsible for 22-24 locations made up of both franchise and corporate locations. I worked as a coach/mentor, helping to develop restaurants to their full potential. On the franchise side, I focused on disenchanted franchisees with a goal to re-engage and bring struggling operations back to standard. I have a hands-on style helping to train new managers by role modeling appropriate skills/behavior while in the restaurants. In an effort to improve communication at all levels, I developed weekly webinars, sharing critical information with store managers and franchisees. In addition to the franchise locations, I had complete ownership of 5-7 corporate location with full P/L responsibility. Acted as a Brand Ambassador for the company at all times. Ensured food safety standards were met through coaching visits and by requiring compliance documentation.

Nj/Ny/Pa Market

I was hired in 1994 as a General Manager when the company had only one restaurant in the Northeast market. Over the next 6 years I opened restaurants as a GM in the NY/NJ/MD/CT regions. Promoted in 2001 to Regional Director of Operations, I initially led a team of 6 GM's in the NY/NJ/PA markets and ultimately grew the market to 18 restaurants with two GM promotions to RD along the way. On average I oversaw 8-10 restaurants with annual sales volume in excess of $30M. Our region was consistently recognized for highest sales volume, comp sales growth and financial results.I received the Regional Director of the Year award. The following year I was recognized as the Regional Director ROCK Star recipient (Respect, Opportunity, Communication, Kindness).
