I have over thirty years as a law enforcement officer. I rose through the ranks and have experience working in Corrections, Patrol, Investigations, Community Policing, Animal Control management, and project management. These assignments required following department policies, and state and federal laws, while applying critical thinking and analytical skills; sometimes in highly evolving situations. My assignments required personal involvement, observations and understanding, which also provided me the knowledge to be a professional, enthusiastic, caring team leader. In addition, I coached football for eleven years. I applied the skills acquired from work, with my football knowledge, to have successful seasons by cultivating players to seek individual success in their positions. Currently, working in both the wine industry and for a private investigations company.
