Prairie Farms (Springfield, MO) purchased the Tulsa dairy manufacturing plant as of May 1st, 2020, now operating as East Side Jersey Dairy. This is the second time Bill takes on the role of General Manager for this Tulsa, OK dairy processing facility. The National Dairy Industry continues to evolve, however the Tulsa dairy manufacturing plant still employs over 125 Full-time people and continues to serve customers who buy milk products, sell milk products and deliver dairy products to other manufacturers who use dairy as an ingredient. Bill and his staff are pleased to continue contributing to the the Tulsa and Oklahoma economies by processing millions of pounds of milk, from local farmers and selling our locally manufactured dairy products to other Consumer Packaged Goods Companies in the region.Bill started with Additive Systems Inc in August of 2015 as the Vice President of Business Development.Additive Systems is a private company that manufactures and installs additive injectors, precision additive pumps, components of custom fabricated loading skids for the refined fuel industry, specifically fuel terminals across the United States and Internationally. This wonderful full time relationship ended in May of 2020.Bill Witt has worked for Tankersley Food Service as the Director of Business Development in the greater Tulsa from September of 2013 thru July of 2015. Tankersley is a family owned independent Foodservice Distributor and a UniPro member operating in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Arkansas.Bill served as General Manager at the Borden Dairy manufacturing plant in Tulsa from November of 2003 through July of 2013. Bill is a member of Tulsa’s Sports Commission, has served on its' Executive Board, the Executive Board Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and the Executive Board of the Brady Arts District Owners Association Board of Directors.
