Sales Management:• Marketing Workers’ Compensation insurance carriers, third party administrators and employer groups, provide settlement solution services working directly with claims managers, supervisors, adjusters, risk managers and insurance professionals. Products and service presentations include: Medicare Set Asides, Drug Value Reviews, Medical Reserve Forecast, and Liability Primary Payer Allocations. Proficient in creating and delivering PowerPoint Presentations• Develop strategies to increase revenue and keep ahead of the competition through research and prospecting, cold calls, participating in trade show exhibits and networking while attending monthly Workers’ Compensation Association meetings and conferences.• Demonstrated success in training Sales Force on new product awareness, file evaluation for Medicare and achievement of specific revenue goals. Maintain client relationships by coordinating services and resolving customer service issues. Expand existing business through combination of telephone calls, in-person visits to high volume accounts, dormant accounts and potential accounts for increased business prospects.
