• Facilitated nation-wide survey for the Strategic National Arts Alumni Project obtaining satisfaction information from alumni of 160 high schools, colleges, and universities. Transformed written questionnaire into survey programming specs and tested skip logic, version control, and accurate information merge. Upon survey completion, transferred data from SQL Server to SPSS data file.• Managed Indiana University UITS Web Survey across five IU campuses, measuring student, staff, and faculty IT satisfaction. Created survey project plan and acted as liaison to the Director of IT Services. Provided weekly status updates, addressed ongoing project concerns, and clarified survey requirements.• Developed phone questionnaire and designed sampling strategy for Cumberland County Schools to determine parent satisfaction.
