Law clerk with Karam Law, an immigration law firm that handles both employment-based and asylum seekers. Conducted numerous client interviews and interfaced with them to retrieve evidence; drafted immigration court asylum applications (including forms, exhibits, and motions); drafted employment-based immigration applications, including EB-1, L-1, and various visas; drafted briefs submitted before immigration court, as well as legal memos for internal use.

I work for the Nebraska Civic Engagement Table as a grassroots movement coordinator, as part of Carleton College's Weitz Fellowship. Each year, eight graduating seniors at Carleton College are awarded a fellowship to work in non-profit organizations for one year in Nebraska in a range of fields, from the arts to political engagement. In my role, I produce research and reports for nonprofits looking to get into grassroots advocacy on issues such as tax policy and healthcare justice. I also work directly with community partners that rely on the Table's resources to analyze data for their particular organizations and advise them on advocacy strategies, and create resources to build their capacity. Finally, I serve as part of the communications team, prepping speeches and comms resources for Nebraska's Raise the Wage campaign, as well as internal communications at the Table such as website revamps.

I work for Professor Raka Mitra's Cell Biology Lab Section, supervising students conducting primary research for her into the plant root bacterium Ralstonia, aiding in many microbiology procedures as well as fluorescent microscopy guided by GFP protein.

The CCCE office is Carleton College's volunteer and community outreach office. I work with several local organizations to give them volunteers, help host events, and deal with logistics. I also help promote the work of the office on Carleton's campus.

Managed voter registration data and campaign databases for Minneapolis City Councilwoman Lisa Goodman's campaign, focusing on VAN usage, data editing and database creations during the DFL primaries, and other field-related work and analysis based on such data.

I assist the NGO Protect Our Care with various consulting work such as researching various healthcare reform bills such as the State Public Option Act proposed by Senator Schatz, as well as drafting Op-Eds on healthcare issues.

I am an intern with MN 2nd district representative Angie Craig's reelection campaign. I am consolidating my experience in voter and donor outreach, as well as volunteer management. I am also researching key election issues such as the opioid crisis as part of ensuring that Angie's campaign continues to be well-informed.

Intern at Oregon Chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility, working on projects involving nuclear non-proliferation, disarmament, and awareness. I also assist in outreach and logistics work for various events by the chapter in the Oregon area.

Research Assistant to Dr. Robert Goldman at VA Portland Health Care System, aiding in works related to colorectcal cancer outcomes, specifically referring to recurrence rates, between rural and urban communities in Oregon.
