Entrepreneurial endeavor for both service and product development efforts. Developed interactive multimedia programs using Interactive Videodisc, CD-ROM, CD-I (Compact Disc Interactive) and linear videotape for corporations, publishers and government agencies. In 1996, the company was sold to Strategic Solutions Group.

Served as producer and project manager of over 50 interactive multimedia projects to include corporate training, sales and marketing programs, medical and government training applications. In 1986, Bill scripted and produced the Advanced Combat Trauma Life Support (ACTLS) program which won the Nebraska Interactive Videodisc award for Best Overall Achievement (1987) and the John Muir Medical Film Festival Gold Award (1988).

Initially served as videodisc coordinator for an Interactive Videodisc (IVD) educational program funded by the U.S. Army and was designed to teach adult literacy skills within military occupational specialties through the use of interactive computer and videodisc technologies. This R&D effort was funded over a four-year period. Over the course of a five-year tenure with the University, was promoted to Project Director and eventually made Assistant Director for CIDE.
