Responsible for production supply chain.Planning:Expanded planning systems and process for production during a pivotal time of growth for the company. Key advancements were enhancements to drive potting schedules into propagation schedules with integrated tracking. This happened during the Watsonville acquisition and one of the benefits was 16 directional, internal supply (meaning any site could produce for any other; 4x4 plus outsourced product.) Integration was fully seamless so a move or change of production plan from one site to another or a switch in supply source or an increase or decrease flowed smoothly. There was a delta flow (before and after) report that facilitated communicating changes.

Pacific Northwest Region

Planned for the PNW region and managed all supply needs for the Northwest locations. Led the annual meeting with the sales team for the PNW which resulted in driving optimized production goals. Revisited plans multiple times in a budget refining process.

Mount Vernon, Wa

Shipping, Growing, Seed Department (developed seed germination chamber, cookbook, and other related protocol around 4 machines...began the early perennial seed germination steps of what later became Etera. Over time, Etera turned into Northwest Horticulture, which later turned into Skagit Horticulture), Planning and Purchasing.
