Previously, Bill was the Chief Strategy Officer at C Space where he led the work C Space did on behalf of its clients and their customers, affording him a unique perspective into corporate and consumer culture. During his time at C Space, he transformed a $10 mil. research company into a $110 mil. global customer agency of 500+ employees, 200+ clients and 1 million+ consumers. Before C Space, Bill worked at Arnold Worldwide for 9 years – where he created the Business Strategy Group that applied business-building discipline to advertising creative. Bill is regarded as a favorite speaker and facilitator by Fortune 500 clients, industry groups and consumers alike. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him dividing his time between the beach and the mountains, playing guitar, listening to live music and laughing with his wife and two young sons.
