My main responsibility was to lead strategic and future planning to continually update and evolve the company business plan, advancing the company’s mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organisation. I directed and monitored research and development projects and initiatives and took charge of project managing special projects. I also managed, directed and motivated all department heads, building the skills and capabilities of leaders to enhance performance and productivity. Moreover, I proactively forged and developed lasting and productive relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. During my tenure, I successfully increased company revenue from $11 Million to $16 Million. I also headed the initiative that led to the company’s achievement of the ‘Fogra Digital Standard’ across three printing platforms, becoming the first company in the world to achieve this standard. I personally tendered and won several projects including the Commonwealth Games Vehicle Tender for nearly 1000 vehicles, the VIVID Hoarding Tender and VIVID Wayfinding Plinths, as well as the Transport NSW Light Rail Wayfinding Plinth Management Project. Additionally, I designed, prototyped and mass-produced Australia’s first LED backlit Real Estate Signboard, replicated by almost all sign manufacturing companies nationally today.

In this role, I oversaw all the functions of the operational, installation and manufacturing departments. I supervised and managed the performance and upskilling of 30 production, installation and design staff. I also took ownership of the successful execution and delivery of improved logistics and the development and documentation of quality control procedures. More importantly, I led and managed the distribution expansion from Sydney to the entire eastern seaboard of Australia and increased the number of staff by 240% within two years. My other achievements in this role include heading the production expansion and opening of factories in Queensland and Victoria. Under my leadership, the company became the first in Australia to produce direct print to self-adhesive real estate signs. I also introduced digital machinery and equipment in all states, managing sourcing purchase and installation.

My duties in this role involved managing and maintaining high level efficiency of production operations, ensuring production outputs were achieved. I led initiatives to increase and diversify production capabilities and streamlined production schedules, supply chain and logistics. I also managed a growing dynamic team, evaluated team capacities and ensured labour cost efficiencies. Additionally, I was in charge of directing research and development activities.As Production Manager, I attended major international print shows to identify and design new and more efficient products, equipment and techniques. I was responsible for converting all manufacturing from manual to digital processes as well as expanding production capabilities from Real Estate signage to Retail, Corporate, Government and National Sporting franchises.

Contract My tasks in this position entailed managing the warehouse restructure, developing driver and installation rosters, overhauling distribution procedures and monitoring stock control. During my tenure, I was able to convert all employee drivers to contractors, saving the company tens of thousands of dollars annually. I was also responsible for increasing customer satisfaction with the improvement of distribution efficiencies and decreasing product waste by overhauling stock management procedures.

As the Logistics Manager for the state, I was responsible for the warehouse restructure, stock control and the allocation and distribution for Sydney and NSW. I took ownership of improving operational efficiencies, achieving zero overtime and zero casuals within only three months of employment.
