The plant in Sidcup is one of the largest plants of Coca-Cola Enterprises in the UK (manufacturing over 50 Million cases per year).Taking to the next level data analysis in the factory. Three main projects:- Design an automated 12/24hr shift team leader hand over report.- Design and implementation of site production mapping tool from process through tomanufacturing and distribution using SAP to help process flow.- Understand and reduce syrup losses through good manufacturing processes and routines.

Six-month working placement within the Operations Control Centre at Air Liquide Singapore. Air Liquide Singapore is the largest producer of gas in South East Asia.The team I joined is responsible for real time optimization of plants load & customers demand to maximise company profitability as well as managing the budget for the Finance department. I worked closely with the Energy Manager (Energy activity represents 400 M$/year of purchases/sales) on different projects:- Energy post-contractual operational control and governance.- Evaluating risk exposure related to energy hedging.- Preparation for a water efficiency audit conducted by Public Utilities Board
