CurrentI am a trial lawyer, mediator and arbitrator.Our firm specializes in medical malpractice, workplace products and other complex personal injury matters. I have particular expertise in medical malpractice, day care negligence, and sex abuse cases against religious and youth organizations. Warshauer Woodward Atkins, LLC is not a high volume practice. With few exceptions, we only accept cases involving catastrophic injuries or death. Our success stems from our hard work, unparalleled experience and practical knowledge earned through decades trying cases to juries in State and Federal Court. When we file a lawsuit, the attorneys and insurance adjusters on the other side know we welcome the opportunity to try cases to juries. We joined forces so that we would have the resources to try more cases. It is what we do and we do it well. We accept referrals from other attorneys and welcome co-counsel arrangements. I am also a mediator and an arbitrator at Miles Mediation and Arbitration. I have leveraged my experience representing clients in employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury and medical malpractice matters to help parties reach negotiated resolutions in difficult cases.
