In this role on the Real Estate Services team, I negotiate rezoning applications with developers as well as provide analysis and advice to other departments within the City.

I teach GMAT, GRE and SAT test preparation strategies to adult learners and high school students in classroom and in private tutoring environments.

My role was to help organizations understand the potential of their real estate assets and to help them develop viable and self-sufficient social purpose real estate projects, among many other cool and worthwhile initiatives.• Build pro forma financial models for various land uses, including multi-family, office, and retail developments, often involving complexities such as affordable housing, joint-venture partnerships, multiple-hurdle waterfall structures and/or long-term ground leases. • Perform property acquisition due diligence for purchasers, lenders and equity investors, including residual analyses, sensitivity analyses and risk assessments.• Work with non-profit organizations throughout the development process, from conceptualization to occupancy, helping them develop strategies that optimize the value of their real estate assets while delivering on their organizational missions.• Administer a granting program to help non-profit groups develop and implement their real estate projects and strategies.• Create and deliver presentations to potential client and partner organizations.• Hire and coordinate various consultants.

Sibley Partners was a firm managing, operating and selling multi-family and commercial properties in Chicago and its suburbs. My multi-disciplinary role included budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash management, reporting and property management. I was also in charge of managing and leasing a 60-unit city-owned multi-family building.
